Student Laptop Information
All WES students are allocated a Dell laptop and charger, purchased by CCPS and on loan, until they leave the system. In accordance with CCPS policies, families are financially responsible for damages/loss (accidental or intentional), for all grade levels.  Laptops are essential to daily instruction, so please continue to review laptop policies with your child.  Allocated laptops are solely for instructional use. Non-CCPS household members may not utilize CCPS laptops. Each CCPS student in the household must use their own allocated laptop.

**PLEASE NOTE**
  • In the event that an allocated laptop and/or charger is left at home or out for repair, a loaner will be checked out from the Media Center to your child.  CCPS laptop/charger policies apply to the loaner for the duration of the loan period.
  • If the parent/guardian of a 3rd-5th grade student has signed a Student Laptop Agreement for their child to transport an allocated laptop to and from school, the approval applies to a loaner laptop/charger.
